Ford Fiesta 1.4 zetec drive belts?

Doen anybody know how to tension the drive belts on the Ford Fiesta with 1.4 16v turbo Zetec engine. There are no conventional tensioning systems and no concentric pullies from what I can see!?

the belts are elastic and so are not tensioned

i know that the belt's on a 1.4 zetec just roll on,
there is no tensioner and the alternator is solid mounted. dose this help.
