My Epson RX425 is flashing 'E'. The printer is not very old. Does it need replacing or can it be repaired. The inks are also jammed inside as the printer wheel will not move to release them.

I have the same problem, it would appear that the pads used for cleaning the ink cartridges are full of ink and the system won't allow further usage in order to prevent ink overflow. I have just fitted a new cartridge and am unable to remove any of them now as the printer is completely unresponsive. Leaving the pads to dry out for a while may restore some level of operation.
