why are radiators getting hot when in hot water mode ?

i have a ariston eurocombi sx20 when having shower the nearest radiators get hot as well what may be the cause ?
Could it be the diverter valve is on its way out ?

its a combi boiler, not a system boiler

Yes I think so - this is usually a sign of a diverter valve sticking. With luck you'll just need a new power head that contains the stepper motor.
