swtch live on bathroom lights?

i am trying to work out how to sort the switch live on my bathroom lights, i have taken out a pull switch and installed a switch on the wall, i have at present got the lights on permanently and no i need to put in a switch live but where does it go from and too please i am pulling my hair out

If you are in the UK you may well have broken the law (Building Regulations) by installing that switch. Bathrooms have pull cords for a reason - SAFETY!!!!

That is the reason that only "Competent Persons" are allowed to work on bathroom circuits

Get an Electrician before you kill someone.
