how can i fix my shower?

my mira advance shower service light comes on after a few seconds and the water goes stone cold the only way to turn the shower off is at the isolater wich is outside the bathroom. could you please help

ring National shower spares, 0845 126 4141, it sounds like one of the pcb's is at fault.
