hi my mira advance flex 8.7kw shower is dripping from the outlet pipe both when the shower is on and off. please could you advise on possible issue and an approx cost to repair? thanks

I have a mira excel shower mixer unit. The flow control knob is becoming very stiff. Can this be remedied or should parts be replaced?
