I have put the correct code in and it has now come up with Phone on the display. Please could you help us with this. This radio is on a Ford Mondeo and its a 5000 rds radio/cd changer.

I don`t recognise PHONE as a fault display and it`s not mentioned in the Ford Audio Guide.
Try rebooting it by removing the battery or fuse for 5 minutes, replace , then enter the code again.

Check that you have the correct code by asking a question on on here quoting the Serial Number ...hopefully beginning with M******
