My pressure is below 1 bar and my pilot light is out and won't re-light?

I have a Ferroli Optima 701 and my pressure is below 1 bar. How do I re-pressurise? Also my pilot light is out and won't re-light following the instruction on the control panel cover?

to re-pressurise, locate the filling loop (usually a flexible braided hose with small handle connecting the water mains to the system water, mostly located under the boiler) slowly open lever and watch pressure rise to 1 - 1.5 bar when system is cold (if you go over, bleed excess from radiator until back to 1 - 1.5 bar)

if the system pressure is too low the boiler wont fire, maybe causing your second issue, fill first and try.
