how can i fix it? TomTom one?

When i turn my TomTom on it comes on but just to the screen showing 2 hands. it thrn will not come onto the menu and will not turn off either

Close to the edge of the card slot on the base of the unit there is a tiny hole. Insert a paper clip to reset the unit to factory settings.
