Quote the MAKE MODEL and ALL the SERIAL NUMBERS so that the unit can be identified .....plus more information re the "not working" statement.
ie...Does the CD mechanically spin OK but no music?
(If you have used a cleaning CD then presumably the disc does spin.(did you hear it or see it?) ..in which case I don`t think there`s much else you can do apart from taking it in to a Audio Repair shop...or replace it with a new one.)
If it does not spin then............
Is there any display?
Is it a separate unit and if so does it require a separate security code?
