You can check if the CD spins by putting your cleaner CD in the tray and note the position of the brushes, push into machine and press play. After several seconds press eject and note whether CD is (slowing down) spinning or has moved at all. Either way it means that your CD is faulty so there is not much more you can do. Normal ( fixable )CD problems are a dirty laser or something obvious like a jammed CD or mechanism , blown fuse or Security Code. Anything else usually means a trip to the Audio Repair Specialist or buying a replacement unit. Soory I can`t be of more help
