is there a visual/video that i may use to learn how to correctly sharpen my McColluch MAC 3214 chainsaw chain 14" ? i have recently bought a chain for my chainsaw and it's not correctly cutting as it should be i am having to use the tip of the bar to cut with.

A brand new chain should not need sharpening. I'd be inclined to check that you have fitted it the correct way round.
