My laser printer is now leaving a 1cm white mark all the way down the right hand side of the page. I have replaced the photoconducter, but its made no difference. Any ideas please?
Bless you Andy spot on! There was a little handle to pull at the front and then opened the 'side' up - I pulled out the grey thingy and there was some black powder on it - wiped it clean and hey presto - perfect printing!
