My Sony800i will not switch on, tried another battery in and still dead, will not charge. Have heard mates say the same thing about their K800i so must be a common fault ?
Its probaly a software problem , if you have had the phone for more than 12 months it will cost you about £30 , if not send it back from were you bought it from
