you will have to remove the unit, then take the covers off and see if you can remove the "CD's" you will need the security code on refitting if you don't know this it's based on the serial number of the radio it will be on labels on the radio and engraved into the right side with this number (M123456) you should get the unlock code for free on this site, it might also be in the Audio guide handbook if you have this?
