My sony car dvd player cant play any cd dvd mp3 cds whats they problem.

If the CD is spinning round OK inside the unit but no sound then it might be due to a dirty laserlens.
Cleaning kits in the form of a CD with cleaning bristles+fluid are available on Ebay+elsewhere.
