NOISY FLUSH???

I have a new'ish (3 years old) dual flush toilet and it makes a horrendous vibrating noise after it's flushed. The noise comes from when the cistern is filling up with water.
The noise has now got really loud!!! It must annoy the neighbours.
The water pressure is strong but it never used to do it.

Any ideas anyone? Before the neighbours get the enviromental Health on me for noise pollution!

the cistern inlet valve is blocked with debris, small stones , grit , etc. . Turn off the water supply and clean out the small vent with a small piece of wire. then, flush the pipe before putting it all back together again. Then check your attic tank to see if there's any debris in there as well .

mine does this as well - I saw somewhere someone mentioned air in the pipes but I'm not sure how to clear it - anyone have any tips please?

thanks
