im looking at buying a lwb sprinter high miles.the problem is the clutch bites really quickly is this normal or is the clutch on the way out...

better indicatation would be the pedal ,if foot is almost of before clutch bites?then probably on its way out.if not then its more likely ur not used to that clutch.savage test?1st gear ,hand brakeFULLY ON!and try to pull away .if clutch is going,it WILL spin and slip.warning.this is enough to kill what little is left if it is on the way out!!
