How do I get to the belt driving the rooler on my Kenmore Model 116.3809980?

My vacuum does not power roll anymore. I think the belt in my Kenmore Vacuum Model 116. 38099800 has snapped but I do not know how to get to the part of the vacuum that contains the belt. I don't have the manual and I don't want to break the machine by accident.

On the underneath side facing the floor when the vac would be in use are 2 silver phillips head screws. Removing those allows you to slide the clips towards the center. You also need to loosen the plastic tabs near the back wheels. Remove the bottom panel fron back to front, as it pivots toward the front near the roller. Replacing the belt should be obvious from here.
