Fix Fault Electrolux Epic 6500

i replaced the power button and fulcrum also replaced the power cord now the overtemp lamp is on and it will not run. what did i disturb? i have and electrilux epic 6500sr

Purchased a replacement motor for my Electrolux epic 6500-243, the motor sent is a generic epic 6500-293. All wires are connected but when turning it on it blows the fuse in elec. box?

takeing off handle of electrolux epic 6500..I removed the 2 screws,lifted as much of handle as possible but bottom of handle near hose appears to be clipped on and i don;t want to force it
