Radio code for Ford Ka 2002 - I cannot take the 7 digit serial number?

Hi I tried many times but I cannot take the 7 digit serial number of my Ford Ka 2002 radio (original). Also I don't have the manual. Is there any another way to fine this? Tks

Extractor Tools (from Ebay or Halford etc) will have to be purchased .They are fairly cheap (around £2 or £3 or so including p+p)
