bought proline 21cc petrol strimmer couple years ago now cannot find any who stocks parts mainly brush cutter blades, or is there a universale brush cutter blade to fit most makes?

As you can buy universal trimmer heads for almost any machine, contact a good horticultural machine supply shop for their advice - they may just be able to recommend a brush cutter blade that will fit yours. Take the machine with you though - the arbor diameter on the end is critical.
