How can I sort my HP 2575 photosmart all in one printer?

Windows 97 has been recently upgraded to windows 03.Since this has happened the printer will not print anything from the internet but all offline and emails print fine.
We have tried to uninstall the printer and reinstall but this has not helped.

When you figure out what has been upgraded to what you can get new drivers from www.lexmark.com.
