i have a cd in my stereo which only plays, i can turn on the set and change the volume, THAT IS IT! i cant play the radio and the cd does play the cd. i have the keycode but i dont know any other numbers for the set and i have tried the sequence given in the audio manual to try and reset the set but i doesnt work, can anyone help?

Try a reboot....Disconnect fuse or battery connection for 10 minutes, replace , enter key code ....and see what happens.
