I have just put a brand new battery into my mp3 player and it doesn't switch on. Even when i plug it into my computer there is a blank screen. It is one of those generic ones with no product details on at all. Looks a bit like a sumvision one.
I have looked for a place to send it for repair but can't find one anywhere.... someone please help
