Is there a reset button on an E Series Rainbow Vacuum?

My E Series Rainbow Vacuum just quit working all at once. We weren't even vacuuming at the time. Just exchanging the air in the room. It is only 4 yrs old and well taken care of ( this is our third one in 30 yrs.) I am looking for a reset button. Do you know if it has one.
Thanks,
Joe

The e-series Rainbow has 3 different motors in it. The new 2-speed unit uses a switch reluctance motor that is brushless. This could be the unit you have as it came out in 2004. Call us and we can figure out which unit you have so we can help get your unit up and running like new.

No reset on the canister. Most likely worn carbon brushes. Normal for an earlier E series, especially under nomal to frequent use. When you run a motor, it still is wearing down, even at reduced speeds or light load.
