Hi!, i buy and sell phones and it sounds that the phone has been blocked (Either been reported lost or stolen), or if its been damaged in any way, the software on the phone may be faulty, if the software is faulty, it needs to be FLASHED, this is connecting the mobile up to the computer and setting up the software again (will cost around a tenner from and decent phone repair shop), or if its been repoted lost or stolen, you need to unlock the phone and use it on a different network, eg: if the phone was reported stolen and its n T Mobile, you will have to use o2, Virgin, Vodafone, Orange, or 3,
