How can I fill a cistern?

While digging to lay electricty in my yard, electricians drilled through concrete that was covering an old cistern (not in use for many, many years.) What kind of business should I contact to have the hole filled in?

If it's a small hole then go to any DIY store and get couple bags ballast and small bag cement mix 4 ballast one cement cover the hole with wire mesh or if it's a small hole get at the DIY shop the plastering edging striip cut it to sizes wanted and cover the hole the drop the ballas in not to wet wet enough to slide off the shovel when tilted sideways. It's easy, most builder wont take on small jobs. If it's large then they will but compare their price with ready mix [you pay for the cement used ] and friends to spread it, just feed and water them. Would have thought any general builder could do that for you. If you want the whole thing filled in, perhaps Readimix need to be called in. If its just the hole the sparks made filled, you need only secure metal reinforcement across it then concrete it. Difficult to say exactly without knowing more about it, but, as I said, any competent builder should be able to advise. Best of luck.
