I have formatted my Notebook. But i forgot there were many data that i forgot to backup it. Can i recover my data? even i have install another operation system on my notebook..help me please how to recover it...my data was very very important.

My last operation system is windows vista
My new operation system is windows xp

when I turn my note book on it loads the os imigage and device drivers then the screen displays the word notebook and doesn't go any further can you help thanks tom

STOP USING THE PC IMMEDIATELY - AS YOU WILL MAKE IT WORSE.

Take is to a computer shop that specialises in data recovery. They MAY be able to recover SOME of your data. It will not be cheap.
