I don't know that particular model, but it might be the same as my Logik TV. The screen would come up for about 3 secs, I could see the menu, but it then shut down. The fault was the inverter that drives the backlight. There are 8 stages in mine, one of them was faulty, the screen tried to start up, but the inverter chip sensed something was wrong and shut the TV down. In my case it needed a new inverter transformer which didn't cost a lot, but you can sometimes get reconditioned inverters for a reasonable amount.
