I can not open my Microsoft Outlook Email, When I click on the icon, it shows waiting, but never opens it, so I tried restarting my computer and it shows all the programs ending now, like regular, but thats it, it does not restart it, like if never pressed the command. What do i need to do to open my email., or how do I restart my computer?

try system restore" if you have to turn it off by unpluging it, and then startit back up again the normal way, when you get it running again ,is it xp? click on start" ( all programs) then click on (accessories) see the little arrow coming out of the right side of accessories" that brings out the list" in that list go to (systems tools) cilck on it. side list again" cilck on , go to (system restore) click on it" and in the new window that comes up click on next" now in there pick a date that you can rember when everything was working say 6 weeks back , hight light that date, by clicking on it, and next" and that should take your pc back to that working date, and hopefully this move will sort out your pc for you,,,,,,,
