My TV flashes and flashes?

Sony TV Trinitron KV2032, my TV looks like is warming up the images come and then flashes every 5 minutes.

Hi i had a similar problem with my TV. It was only because the contrast was set too high. Maybe try turning that down a bit. Hope it helps
