The fact that the roof leaks in the same place all the time has nothing to do with the fact that it leaks. the water is running to the weak spot in your roofing material. the fix for this is to recover the roof with 30lb felt paper ie: 30lb roll roofing. then you just flash it along the two sides and the front facsha and you won't have anymore leaks. PS: you can get the roll roofing at your local home center. WAIT! MAKE SURE YOUR ROOF IS STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD YOUR WEIGHT BEFORE YOU GET ON IT.
