My 6 CD magazine is stuck in the CD player in my Mercdes C240. It's happened before and I've been able to jiggle it a little to get it to eject. Usually it made a sound as if it was trying to eject the magazine. This time, the jiggling doesn't work and there's no sound as if it's trying. Any ideas how to get the magazine unstuck?

Either try and tease it out using another (old) CD or extract the unit from the dashboard ( Using the appropriate Extractor Keys ) so that the casing can be removed, CD retrieved and the mechanism checked.
note: The security code will be required on replacement
