how can I fix my samsung fridge/freezer (RL33SB)?

The floor of my frost free samsung fridge/freezer is constantly making ice and now an orange liquid seems to b leaking out as well. The item is under 3 years old.

my rl33sb samsung fridgefreezer keeps getting water appearing at the bottom and freezing up, the draw have started to get ice on the fronts and underneath each one, we have turned it of for 24hrs but this still has not solved the problem. please help
