whenever i turn on my phone all i get is a blank white screen! my phone now is totally disabled i can't access any of the phone functions or make or recieve calls. This occurred whenever my phone battery ran out and when ever i recharged the phone the screen was blank! can you help me?

This a comon fault with sony ericsson mobiles and most people who have replied are ripping people off by charging heavy ammounts for something very simple for an engineer to do. Your phone needs a software upgrade, the sony ericsson online software updater will not work.
You will need to take it to a sony ericsson care point(if phone is under warranty).

I got my w810i fixed which sounds like the same fault. www.phatphones.com only charged £22 and I got my fixed phone back the next day.
