I reset my new lamp but I'm not sure how. I tried various random key combinations but nothing worked until, when I had just about given up, it suddenly reset. I believe, that with the main power off, I held down the right (>), down (V) and enter keys and then turned on the power using the power off/on switch at the rear of the projector, not the power on button on the keypad. Hope this works for you.
