How do I do I fix the resovoir on my Black & Decker Steamworks?

The resovoir that hold the water has a crack in the bottom plastic. Is there a cement that will hold and prevent the water from leaking out? Otherwise, this wallpaper stripper is fantastic/

If it is not a stressed part of the tank, clear silicone (for aquariums) would work great. Otherwise any good glue should work. I have good luck with metal mender. When it hardens, it would be stronger than the plastic that you are repairing and it's waterproof.
