paper jam epsondx4850?

why has my 18 month old epson dx4850 started to pull paper thro more on the right side than left causing paper to crumple and jam???

Because the pressure on the right is higher than the left, or the roughness of one roller is less than the other.
Place a piece of rough paper ( Emery Sand ) place on roller and get rollers to do a form feed a few times this should make it better
