Well that happened to my twice and all i did woz creat a new account and i went over to my mates house and she has msn and i went on mine,copied all my contacts down off mine and put them on my new account tell me if it works!

Have you got any anti virus software, that maybe the case if you have could you tell me which one e.g. Norton Antivirus
