heater controls are cables and are kinda like old style choke cables in that u opperating them moves a wire inside an outer sleeve,down at theheater the inner wire moves flaps to open or close doors for control.either the wire behind the control pannel or down at the heater.one of these has come loose.most liklely is dow at the heater flap control.bit of a pain but u need to release the control pannel to get at the directional switch /slider opperating wire and follow it to control flaps to find which ones are loose/jamed
