Hi, my machine has been running fine for 2 years. Now lights 2 and 3 flash an error code. This is supposed to be the tap off alarm and the machine does not fill.

I have checked the water supply and tap, and all is fine. Is there a solenoid or something that may have broken down?

It means that there isn't water getting to the machine. Is there a blockage?
