I have a AEG Santo fridge which has started to ice up very heavily on the inside, at the back. We had the same problem about a year back and had in Service Force who told us (for the privilege of £100 service call charge) to put the fridge on some ply to get a flat service. But the problem has recently come back. Any other suggestions? I don't plan to get Service Force back and throw more good money after bad!
I have just seen on another forum that the likely culprit is the sensor probe. Mine got fixed twice already under extended warranty.
I'm not 100% sure that the sensor probe is the part. I may well post an update.

We have exactly the same problem. I thought it might be the adhesive putty slipping down the cooling fins that are behind the panels at the rear of the unit, inside, bur adjucting this has not proven successful. I can' t believe it's just a levelness problem. Any other ideas?
