sometimes they just wont bleed.buy a can of easy start.fill the filter chamber with fuel as best u can.with air filter removed,spray a SMALL ammount of easystart into the intake duct,engine will cough by pulsing SMALL amounts as above u can keep the motor running untill the fuel self primes.when motor runs whithout aid of gas run a fast tickover speed untill u can drop to normal idle.
