hi, i just bought a focus with the multi player cd in it. put the cd's in and it does not work. keeps coming up with code E3, which means go to see your ford dealer, which i dont want to do because it will cost alot!!!

keep pressing the eject button and they dont come out, any ideas????

if you have keycode take it out of dash to release cd and check mecanism. buy a cd laza lens cleaner off ebay..then and use to clean.
if doesnt work it will have to go into dealer
