How can I unlock my CD changer?

I have bought a Vauxhaul Vectra which has a Blaupunkt 6 CD changer and in the dash it says CD SAFE and I'm unable to play CD's?

The stereo is a Phillips CCR 600 which can be controlled by the steering column.

Yes the radio works ok its just the cd is marked as "CD-SAFE"?
