How can I fix my Hotpoint WD62 please?

My Hotpoint WD62 Washer/Dryer has stopped washing my clothes properly from a 30 degree wash to a boil wash. The soap dispenser is clean. Any ideas please?

Is the water actually heating up (check the temperature of the glass door)? If it is, and you are using the correct quantity of detergent its difficult to diagnose a problem, so long as the machine actually is washing for long enough.
