I got a reliable CANON NP6112 for more than 15 years and never gave me any problem until now. It comes with the Error E0 and then shuts down by itself. Any idea how to sort this problem? Thanks for your consideration

it will on normally but any time i want to photocopy, the machine will try to pick up the paper but latter stop then issuing out an error code then paper jam error sign.
