I have a dell dimension 5100. i put an audio cd into disk drive,and a piece of the cd broke off in the drawer. now the drawer doesnt open fully. Can you tell me how to get the drawer open so i can take the piece of cd out.
if the pc is out of warranty then you can remove the cd drive from the case and pop the metal sheathing off it and get into the drive that way. If its still under warranty, let dell get it
