My question is how do I install my windows sysytem? I pretty much tried everything And still can't figure it out... a little help please thanks in advance

That means that an update failled because some of it's content is corrupted.
Check this microsoft knowlege base article:

It explains the cause and 2 methods to resolve it.

Try the method 1 and only attempt the method 2 if it still don't work.
